The Creative Brand Marcomm Project Manager:
• Leads the delivery of highly complex project(s).
• Primarily a tactical focus, with strong connection to strategic goals and solutions.
• Sets clear objectives and manages scope, cost, and quality of defined deliverables.
• Manages and balances the needs of executive level stakeholders, against available resources and costs.
• Develops cost benefit analyses for projects, communicates to an executive committee, creates and reports project status utilizing a dashboard, allocates resources, defines project governance policies and manages the financial concerns.
• Utilizes and effectively communicates initiative updates and developments across the enterprise.
• Leads cross-functional teams while motivating team members to their highest potential

Minimum number of years experience: 5 years

Required Experience:
• Managing project development from initiation to closure for a wide range of projects with varying scope and complexity, including schedules, budgets, etc.
• Proven experience in facilitating and enabling cross-functional teams in a communications oriented environment (Marketing, PR, etc.)
• Proven presentation and communications acumen -- peer through executive level audiences
• Experience working with marketing, creative, PR, sales, and other varied partners
• Project manages the development of a variety of communications (marketing) from inception to completion.
• Develops and manages creative briefs, campaign/project comm plans, production schedules, cost estimates, etc.
• Interfaces and collaborates with all aspects of internal and external (agency/vendor) creative and production services — directors, creative managers, creative team, traffic, production art, print buyers, fulfillment coordinators, etc.
• Collaborates and provides client support to our external partners including the brand team, marketing teams, product teams, etc.
• Drives projects across internal and external vendor teams.
• Manages the development of proposal content.
• 3-5 years experience in marketing and/or advertising is required.
• Knowledge of multi-channel campaign development is required (print to online to experiential).
• Understanding of production processes/best practices for multiple channels also a must.

Skills to be successful in this role:
• Adaptability, patience & flexibility -- with so many leaders involved in the effort, our target is sometimes moved, and we need to adapt quickly
• Action orientation -- this is an effort that has been in development for quite awhile, people are anxious to see progress
• Emotional intelligence -- strong people skills are critical and connection skills are a must!
• Dedication -- while this is an effort strongly tied to our corporate values, it's still change and there will be resistance
• Influence skills -- helping people overcome their resistance, getting your foot in the door to new partner conversations, etc.
• Sense of humor -- this has been a challenging effort, one that we take seriously, but not so seriously that we can't have some fun!
