Brand Creative Consultant

The Brand Creative Consultant will manage creative vendor and agency relationships to ensure that all creative campaigns meet brand guidelines and creative requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a design background and will have worked within a corporate design department to manage external creative agency relationships. You will have the ability to build relationships with creative agencies, use your design experience and skills to communicate/collaborate, and share the company’s design vision.

• Agency/Vendor creative support -- provided vendors with company brand/creative information and guidelines to inform solutions that meet the needs of the brief and allow the vendors to work with their strengths (this is not an Art Direction position)
• Internal partner support -- assist marketing and communications teams to vet estimates, provide feedback and help guide creative briefs, advise on RFPs, review SOWs, etc.
• Coordinate with internal brand "strategy" and creative services teams -- foster alignment in the work done externally and internally
• Development, management and oversight of effective processes -- mapping processes, adjusting as needed, focus on ease of use for project partners
• Team management/supervisory experience required
• Enterprise experience – interface with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Experience and ability to navigate a large corporate structure/environment
