Brand Coordinator

This role at this top social media company will be responsible for reviewing and approving incoming requests to use the brand and trademarks (from both internal and external , third-party partners and companies), as well as basic project management of the Brand Resource Center. This is a role is located in the Menlo Park office, and reports to the Brand Integrity Manager.

The ideal individual for this role has experience working with brand permissions, asset creation and management, and project management. This person thinks systematically, operationally, and has an excellent creative eye to ensure that the brand is always accurately represented across a wide variety of marketing materials being developed around the world.
Duties:
-Manage creation and procurement of updated product assets
-Ongoing maintenance of the online Brand Resource Center
-Marketing materials review and approval through the brand permissions system, in channels such as TV, print ads, online ads, websites, promotional products, etc.
-Protect trademarks, ensuring proper enforcement strategies and legal escalation as needed
-Assist in managing deliverable, workflow, and interface with internal teams and external agencies and vendors on brand projects

Skills:
-3+ years marketing experience with prior experience working in brand permissions or brand development, with high visibility consumer and/or tech brands
-Project management experience required
-Excellent team player, able to build positive working relationships with cross-functional teams
-Ability to work and thrive in a self-starter, fast-paced and changing environment
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education:
Bachelor degree required
