Brand Communications Associate Manager

Brand Communications Contractor

Serve as advertising team catalyst for implementing and achieving approved marketing plans by working with internal team members and managing creative agencies to determine strategic messaging and campaign deliverables.

Work activities:
Manage development of brand and local market paid media initiatives, including broadcast, digital, print and out-of-home.
Participate in business brief development, alongside supervisor and key internal partners, to confirm we are aligned with the business objectives and goals for each initiative.
Ensure creative messaging is on strategy and is consistent across all paid media touch points.
Spearhead production efforts for assigned campaigns, ensuring that all deliverables are on time and within budget.
Aid team in maintaining monthly edits of paid media deliverables when not tied directly to a specific brand or local market initiative.
Present approved creative concepts to internal partners so they can develop their deliverables in a timely manner.
Identify both time and dollar efficiencies throughout the development and production process.
Manage up to team leaders to garner appropriate levels of approval throughout the lifetime of the project.
Establish strong relationships with both internal and external partners.

Education:
Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field (Advertising, Journalism, Corporate Communications, etc.) required.

Experience:
Minimum of 4 years experience in Marketing, focused primarily on advertising initiatives.
Must have knowledge of the production process for the various paid mediums (broadcast, digital, print and out-of-home) is required.
Must be able to prioritize workload independently.
Should enjoy working in a fast paced environment and is capable of juggling multiple projects at one time.
Should be detail oriented.
Willing to travel for business meetings and production.
Working knowledge of media is preferred but not mandatory.
