Brand Advertising Manager

AQUENT is recruiting for a Brand Advertising Manager for an exciting role!

The ideal candidate will have experience executing marketing strategies and leading the development of creative strategies and national campaigns. You will be responsible for managing agency partners and developing creative plans in coordination with business and media objectives. In this role you will manage campaign creative development and asset production. In addition, you will partner with business strategy and research teams to develop new campaign and test strategies. Role requires managing across a broad organization.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Brand Strategy, Brand Media, Digital and Business teams to develop advertising campaigns.
• Manage and develop advertising plans and communications to meet planned objectives.
• Partner with Business, Strategy and Research leads to measure and report out campaign performance.
• Manage creative from brief to concept to production to in-market. Actively partner and manage delivery through agency partners.
• Develop solid understanding of financial services category and products, stay current with competitor and advertising channel strategies.
• Develop strong agency partner and vendor relationships.

Experience:
• Advertising agency and/or large-brand experience, including experience in account management, strategy and production.
• Experience developing mass campaigns across a variety of channels including TV, print, digital, radio and out-of-home.
• Proven communication and influence skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects based on business needs.
• Experience managing large, multi-channel budgets.

Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree, preferred in marketing, advertising, communications or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in multi-channel advertising campaign delivery and communication experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in managing creative teams and agencies, mass advertising campaigns, promotions, corporate marketing.
• At least 4 years of experience in leading cross-functional teams within an organization, partnering with strategy and business teams.
• At least 4 years of experience in managing advertising agency relationships, experience in planning, execution, and analysis of campaign research.
