Brand & Promotions Manager

The Brand and Marketing/Promotions Manager is responsible for expanding brand awareness and engagement for the properties within our clients various websites as well conceptualizing, executing, measuring, and reporting on the impact of digital marketing strategies for those properties. This includes particular emphasis on accurate assessment of financial impact of programs. The position also involves coordinating synergy efforts with other divisions.

Responsibilities:

· Determine positioning, naming, competitive analysis, and external communications; shape the voice of the product and grow a loyal consumer base; define brand identity, incorporate customer research data

· Work with a cross-functional team across sales, corporate communications, legal, analytics, product development, engineering; cross-division and cross-company

· Develop and execute brand marketing campaigns; identify and engage key vendors to ensure breakthrough marketing presence via both traditional and new media channels

· Support the shaping and development of the vision and strategy for the brand in a short/medium/long term perspective. Refine and enforce the brand equity (including voice, look&feel & personality), manage brand book and evangelize its core essence internally and externally

· Ensure consistency and quality of communications by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of marketing communications are on-brand, focused on the user, and employ best practices

· Centralize and manage the brand assets production and distribution / approval and own the process aimed at effectively collaborating with 3rd parties in marketing materials (players in the entertainment & mobile industries)

· Lead all digital marketing efforts for assigned Family brands. Write briefs, develop integrated communications plans, establish KPI and optimization plans

· Planning, execution and ongoing management of marketing events and product marketing initiatives

· Collaborate with sales on development and execution of partnership strategy



Qualifications:

· 3-4 years working in marketing or related field

· Critical thinking ability and basic data analysis; experience with Omniture or relevant web analytics software

· Thorough understanding of standard web marketing techniques

· Demonstrated strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

· Excellent written/verbal, time management and quantitative/analytical skills required

· Excellent organizational and project management skills. Must have experience with project management tools such as Confluence (wiki) or Jira.


· Experience working across functional areas, including design, production and analytic teams, to meet deadlines

· Demonstrated leadership ability and strength to develop, maintain and adjust systems to support business objectives

· Demonstrated interest in Internet and/or kids entertainment
