Our client, one of the most recoginsed financial services provider's in the US and UK is seeking a Brand & Marketing Executive for their expanding team.


This role sits within the Marketing Team and is one of three that report into the Head of Customer Comms

Working with the Head of Customer Comms, stakeholders across the business and agency partners, the successful candidate will take on a wide and varied role within the team. The successful candidate will take ownership of optimising our early life customer communications and will support our loyalty and engagement agenda. The role holder will also manage the rebranding of all of our existing customer communications to bring these into line with our new house style. This is an important role within the company and key in helping them to achieve our customer satisfaction targets in 2012 and beyond. In addition, the successful candidate will support our acquisition and brand building activities on a project by project basis.

The role holder will work closely with creative agencies to deliver on these campaigns and will need to build a strong network internally to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

· Optimisation and delivery of our early life communications
· Support our loyalty and engagement agenda
· Manage the rebrand of existing marketing communications
· Project support of Brand and Advertising projects
· Deliver mandatory communications to customers as a result of regulatory changes
· Manage the creative process from end to end i.e. from brief to execution ensuring high quality is maintained
· Deliver campaigns across DM, EM, Inserts and Online to deliver targets whilst protecting brand health
· Liaise with key stakeholders in the product, operations, marketing strategy, legal and insight teams to deliver intent into market
· Leverage knowledge and insight from external market to guide improvements in creative excellence over time
· Manage costs tightly and drive down fees to ensure that maximum value is obtained
· Manage creative agencies to timelines and budget
· Effective stakeholder management to secure approvals up to Director level

Candidate Requirements

We need a confident, highly focused, hard-working individual with creative flair. 2 years experience in Marketing is essential and preferably within a Customer Marketing role. Driven and passionate about marketing, the successful candidate will be looking to further their career within a dynamic and fast paced environment.
The ideal candidate would have:
· 2 years experience in a Customer Marketing role
· A degree or equivalent professional marketing qualification
· Creative flair and a passion for developing first class marketing communications
· Ability to turn insight into action
· Excellent project management and organisational skills with the ability to work concurrently on multiple projects
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, and an eye for detail
· Work cross functionally and build strong relationships both internally and externally
· Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders
· An understanding of the financial regulatory environment
