Brand & Content (Sales) Manager

One of our clients is looking for a Brand & Content (Sales) Manager to join their team for 24-28 hours a week.

As a sales manager, your role will be to find new leads and prospects for the branded format division. You will be responsible for finding partners for in-house developed formats and advising clients on the best video production method for explanation animation, short documentaries, testimonials or other branded entertainment series.

You are an independent, entrepreneurial and commercially creative person. You are passionate about new opportunities and initiating new partnerships/assignments with brands and media/advertising agencies.

As a brand & content sales manager, your role is to find new leads and prospects for the branded format division. You are responsible for finding partners for their in-house developed formats and advising clients on the best video production method for explanation animation, short documentaries, testimonials or other branded entertainment series.

Your primary field of prospects will be the marketing and communication divisions from large corporations. Furthermore you will focus on HR and customer support division for respectively recruitment and training videos, as well as explanatory videos. Together with the MT you will develop a sales kit and a strategy to take the market by storm.

You have talent in combining the skills of our creative with the expectation of our customers. You can recognize a customer’s needs and can help them what is necessary to tell their story. In some cases some account management will be asked of you.

Miles will be made, and hours will be irregular. A dynamic and open environment. You will not only be our representative, but our ambassador, capable of infecting everyone with the clients vision.

· Someone who is able to convince their partners/clients to buy in to the content
· Someone who understands how to communicate and solve problems with creative ideas.
· 3-4 days a week, this person will be out talking to clients etc. whilst having a base at the office .
· Someone to inspire and challenge the managers
· They would have already worked for a production or media company i.e. Talpa, RTL or Vice etc. This person should already know what they are selling as well as understanding the production side.
· They know how to sell web series and sell in branded content. They attract brands either to create an idea for them and produce it or they are already have an idea and they are going to find a brand that goes with it.
