Blogger Development Coordinator

We are looking for a Blogger Development Coordinator for our major media client. This person will work directly with bloggers through all stages, from outreach and onboarding to day-to-day maintenance. You will work across departments, including editorial, sales and product. The Coordinator will be responsible for planning, prioritizing and executing projects independently in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment as well as collaborating with other team members.

We're looking for someone that is detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated. You should be a problem solver with a cheerful disposition and a positive outlook. You must thrive in a busy atmosphere as part of a small, hardworking team.

Responsibilities:
- Effectively articulate the Contributor Network value proposition and guide bloggers through onboarding process, including all contracts and paperwork
- Understand our payment policies and systems to assist our AP team as needed
- Build relationships with all bloggers in the network, troubleshoot directly with them on all questions
- Maintain the Contributor Network database and ensure contract compliance
- Assist in the sales development process, including execution of sold campaigns


Qualifications:
BA in English, Communications or other relevant major
Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of MS Office, Outlook and Google docs
Social media experience a plus, blogging strongly preferred
Digital experience a plus

EXPERIENCE IN RECRUITING AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT A PLUS
