Bilingual Scheduling/Planning Coordinator

AQUENT's major entertainment client is looking for a Spanish/English-speaking BILINGUAL Scheduling/Planning Coordinator.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support and coordinate Talent-related efforts regarding on-air talent across all International Production platforms, including TV, Radio & Digital.
- Track and work within International Talent budget; Coordinate Talent scheduling and ensure maximization of Talent usages in order to meet and exceed budget goals
- Works directly with the Legal department on execution of Contracts
- Upholds all practices & standards to ensure consistency between International and US Talent
- Coordinate recruitment process and related logistics and work flow for open positions
- Based upon approved position requisitions, coordinates processes related to candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, auditioning, assessment, and reference checking
- Schedules auditions, interviews and oversees logistics
- Deals with candidates in a manner that maximizes the appeal of the client, the department, and the position, support candidate communication and relationships
- Supports and coordinate activities related to job fairs, career days, and related events to promote the client's brand and to identify candidates worth pursuing

Basic Qualifications

- 3 years of experience in an Administration/ Coordinator function
- MUST BE FLUENT IN SPANISH
- Strong knowledge of Word, Excel
- Excellent organization skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with resource or talent planning/ coordination
