The candidate will create content including copy, images, etc. used in advertising promotional vehicles using specialized
software. Relies on instruction and guidelines to perform the functions of this job.
This position reviews and copy edits all ad block criteria at sku level and prepares weekly / seasonal events to be viewed
online (myWeeklyAd) and in-store (signing). Has knowledge of standard copy criteria, concepts, practices
procedures within the Advertising department. Also, responsible for the accurate use of grammar, spelling, legalities and
other content specifications. Highly accountable for any error that may result in a customer service issue.
This position also requires copywriting and detail proofing all circular ad block content (copy/images/offers/etc.) used in
advertising promotional vehicles. Candidate must update content as changes to the ad blocks occur to ensure
consistency and accuracy of all ad blocks currently in production. Reviews promotional material and corrects
inconsistencies in spelling, grammar, punctuation, clarity, style, legalities and other content specifications.
This role requires some production design experience in advertising graphic arts and all production processes, producing
error-free artwork and preparing accurate pre-press files, resulting in the timely, high-quality (design and pre-press) and
cost effective output of pharmacy print department advertising deliverables.
Candidate must demonstrate the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Some specialized
problem-solving responsibilities required. Candidate will be self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fastpaced
environment with extremely tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual strongly preferred
Required Qualifications:
1. Production, layout and copywriting skills with the ability to follow guidelines and flex between promotional vehicles
2. Ability to document, analyze and resolve issues accurately and promptly in a professional manner
3. Proficient in current versions of Adobe In-Design, Illustrator, Photoshop, Bridge and Acrobat as well as Microsoft
Office Suite
4. Highly organized with attention to detail
5. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines
6. Proactively identifies issues and collaborates with business partners to facilitate resolutions
7. Proven team player
8. 1-3 years related work experience
Education:
High School Diploma or GED
Associate or Technical Degree in Art or Graphic Design preferred
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
