Bilingual Marketing Specialist

Our client is seeking a consultant to work with them on managing work and accounts within the their Healthcare commercial book of business including: a variety of different customer segments. This consultant will be a key member of the marketing and sales team responsible for driving - and therefore support of each segment/customer groups’ – product, marketing and sales initiatives to achieve revenue and earnings goals.

Responsible for providing client support in the areas of promotion at engagement activities such as open enrollment, health & wellness events and other community events designed to drive customers to their company for care. Coordinates on-site activities. Coordinates with team members and segment matrix partners to ensure needs are met and potential problems are averted. Makes on-site presentations to existing and prospective customers to educate and inform them about their offerings. Coordinates development and execution of customized marketing communications and engagement plans.

Supports company Arizona events and client activities for all lines of business, as needed, aligned to overall Arizona Marketing Strategy.


Responsibilities:
In collaboration with client management and wellness teams, manages client relationships to develop and implement communications and engagement plans designed to support customer acquisition and oversees and coordinates B2B and B2B2C sales.

• Coordinates development and execution of customized marketing communications and engagement plans for targeted accounts to include production of new, onsite client and customer engagement activities and all associated tracking.
• Staffs exhibit to promote, describe and answer questions about their offerings at onsite client and community events.
• Presents company information to current and prospective customers in meeting/presentation settings.
• Coordinates activities involved in the preparation of sales promotions and community events in support of new business development and broker/producer relationships, and the marketing of company products relevant to this group.
• Coordinates appropriate collateral and giveaways for events including printing and shipping.
• Coordinates giveaway item and event material inventory and ordering.
• Supports marketing client lead and matrix wellness & engagement partners to support fulfillment of client strategies.
• Maintains knowledge and expertise in their team and effectively articulates their value proposition.
• Supports market-level events as required.
• Assists with additional administrative tasks as needed.
