Bilingual Marketing Program Manager

A strategic marketing team at a F100 financial services company is looking for a rock star senior digital marketing program manager responsible for consulting, planning, developing and executing marketing and/or sales development strategies and programs for a large line of business or complex business channel/region in support of business or product line goals.

Responsibilities include:

Specific responsibilities may include a mix of the following: product/sales collateral design, development, distribution; regional/channel marketing and sales support including local advertising and brand awareness, sponsorships, promotions and sales campaigns; support for de novo store openings; sales incentive design and tracking; acquisition/utilization/retention/cross-sell initiatives; tracking, analysis and reporting on trends and program effectiveness/P&L impact, ensuring programs adhere to compliance/privacy regulations and policies.

Integrates information across projects, presents findings and recommended solutions to senior management.

May negotiate vendor contracts and manage vendor relationships.

Mentors lower level staff.

May directly manage 1-2 consultants and/or lead virtual teams working on complex projects.:

5+ years marketing experience.

Other Desired Qualifications:

Bilingual speaking, reading, and writing proficiency in Spanish/English Experience in Digital Media Marketing Experience with Diverse Segments Marketing
