Bilingual Digital Account Manager

    The Account Manager, Digital Client Services will manage digital advertising campaigns and relationships with top tier customer accounts. This position partners closely with Sales, Planning, Marketing, Advertising Production, and various technical teams to ensure that advertising customers have comprehensive technical support and superior client service pre and post-sale. The Account Manager understands customer advertising priorities and strategies. This position will also escalate and troubleshoot issues and demonstrate knowledge and understanding of systems and tools, applications and process. The Account Manager will be expected to manage billing and invoice reconciliation. Candidates must be well organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent oral and written communication skills.


    Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the coordination and implementation of multicultural digital media campaigns
  • Project manages media and advertising revenue with various groups within the organization and advertising agencies.
  • Responsible for coordinating production of high-impact creative executions as well as testing, uploading and troubleshooting creative assets and third party tags.
  • Completes client worksheets, spec templates, screenshot templates, billing reconciliation worksheets in Excel or media management platforms such as MediaVisor.
  • Creates agency requested custom reports and billing reports.
  • Project manages campaign re-expressions with internal teams and clients to guarantee contractual delivery.
  • Identifies and resolves 3rd party variances.
  • Consistently monitors and reviews all live digital media campaigns for site integrity and sponsor campaign functionality.
  • Ensures campaigns are invoiced accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Works with collections team and agencies to identify and resolve billing discrepancies to ensure timely payment of invoices.
  • Processes and submits invoice adjustments to accounting.
  • Responsible for staying up to date on all campaign and tool updates such as: media kit, marketing and sales packages, and product or site enhancements.
  • Must be efficient and respond to various internal and external advertising stakeholders.
  • Ensures that best practices are followed and that all campaign related issues are resolved efficiently.


    Basic Qualifications

  • Candidate must be fluent Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (speaking, reading and writing).
  • Minimum 1 year of account management experience
  • Well organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Functional understanding of digital advertising
  • Applicant should have experience working with digital advertising related ad serving and ad management tools, preferably: DoubleClick, FreeWheel, WideOrbit.
