Bank Product Marketing Manager

Our large financial services client located in Dedham, MA is looking for a well rounded results driven Bank Product Marketing Manager with 10-15 years experience to create end-to-end marketing campaigns for business banking ranging from deposit gathering to demand generation for lending, credit card, and ancillary financial products and services. This is a 6 month contract assignment with potential to extend more long term. Experience working with a large corporate client is a MUST.

Reporting to the VP, Head of Everyday Banking Product Marketing and/or SVP Business Banking Product Marketing, this position will work with key business line stakeholders, internal marketing channel partners, and agencies to develop and implement campaigns via multiple channels for Business Banking.

The ideal candidate has experience working in a dynamic corporate bank marketing or agency environment. Excellent communication skills; ability to interact and influence senior decision makers; experience with direct mail, digital, lead generation, and branch based marketing; and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail is critical.

Responsibilities
• Design and implement multi-channel marketing programs to acquire new accounts, increase revenue, and retain existing accounts within Business Banking
• Use analytical skill to develop strategies for new and existing products balancing value proposition, revenue generation, customer experience, response rates, and return on marketing investment
• Analyze and interpret backend performance of marketing programs and adjust marketing budget accordingly
• Leverage marketing budget to achieve demand generation goals while delivering campaigns on time, within budget, while maintaining quality standards and adherence to legal and regulatory guidelines
• Partner with marketing channel practice areas including direct, digital, business banking and retail channels to deliver and execute marketing strategies to achieve overall business objectives and revenue goals
• Act as point of contact for key stakeholders including business lines , marketing risk, legal and compliance and obtain approvals as necessary

Qualifications & Requirements
• Minimum 10-15 years marketing experience in financial services with strong preference given to candidates with business banking experience with transacting, deposit, and lending products
• Broad channel experience including direct, digital, print/media, branch merchandising, and non-traditional marketing
• Strong analytical skills to obtain data, interpret results, and turn insights into actionable and measurable strategies
• Experience with new product/program launches and re-launches including development of go-to-market launch plan
• Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize and generate a return on a multi-million dollar marketing budget
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to develop and nurture relationships, influence key stakeholders, and resolve conflicts independently to mutually agreeable solutions
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail, high sense of urgency and ability to work on multiple projects under pressure and meet deadlines Position will be onsite. Phone interview and then in person.
