Product Marketing Manager

Our large financial services client located in Dedham is looking for a Product Marketing Manager for a 6-month+ contract assignment. Bank Product Marketing Manager with 5-7 years of consumer banking experience creating end-to-end marketing campaigns for deposits and wealth. Reporting to VP, Head of Everyday Banking Product Marketing and/or VP Wealth Product Marketing, will work with agencies, key business line stakeholders, and internal marketing channel partners to develop and produce campaigns for multiple business lines including consumer deposits, Private Banking and wealth.

Background in Financial services if preferred but not required -Candidate must have demonstrated knowledge of campaign management, must be able to analyze and execute - management of all aspects of project.

The successful candidate will possess an insightful marketing vision for the business lines. The ideal candidate has combined experience working in a dynamic corporate bank marketing or agency environment. Excellent writing skills, great interpersonal communication abilities, and a demonstrated ability to manage projects and events with attention to detail is critical.


•Design and implement multi-channel marketing programs to acquire new accounts, increase revenue, and retain existing accounts
•Use analytic skill to define strategies for marketing new and existing products to include consideration of value proposition metrics, customer experience, revenue generation, return on marketing investment and market acceptance and adoption rates.
•Analyze and interpret backend performance of marketing programs to efficiently utilize marketing budget
•Other multi channel marketing/demand generation and brand/awareness campaigns/projects as needed/assigned.
•Market/sell to drive increased New to Bank and expansion of existing customer segments to include Deposit, Borrowing and Investment products and services, as well as enrollments within our Premier and Private Banking programs.
•Partner with marketing channel practice areas including direct, digital and retail channels to deliver and execute marketing strategies integrated with overall business objectives and revenue goals
•Act as point of contact for marketing approval from key stakeholders including business line, marketing risk, legal and compliance

Qualifications & Requirements

•Minimum 5-7 years marketing experience in financial services with consumer and/or business products including checking, deposit, and lending products
•Broad channel experience including direct, digital, print/media, branch merchandising and event marketing
•Works effectively across internal and external marketing, sales and communications channels
•Excellent project management and organizational abilities: Ability to manage workloads and prioritize requests to meet hard deadlines with little supervision •Strong interpersonal, and verbal communication skills
•High sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure
•Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, keep momentum on each, and manage project due dates, and work effectively as an individual contributor or team member in collaborative environments.
•Strong analytical skills – analyzing data to turn them into actionable and measurable strategies
•Plans and measures to annual budget for cost center utilizing firm’s system
•Ability to exhibit accurate and detailed knowledge of Company’s products and services
•With the marketing team, execute show/exhibit promotional plans that maximize brand recognition and generate leads.
