BCM Analyst

The Junior Analyst of Business Continuity Management plays a critical role in identifying, developing and delivering projects, enhancements and fixes that meet the service and loyalty objectives of our client.

This role encompasses: delivering medium to large size projects under the client's Business Continuity Management (BCM) Program which consists of Crisis Management Plan, Emergency Action Plans, Technology Recovery Plans (Disaster Recovery), Business Recovery Plans (Business Continuity) and Contingency Plans, ensure the client and all client Vendors Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans are regularly evaluated, updated and tested; serves as back up to the assistant manager of BCM, assist in developing practices, and policies supervise daily operations, support data breach incident management for the business, directs resources through existing processes, ensure systems compliance with data security policy.

Bachelors degree in Business Management or related degrees.
0-5 years’ work experience, preferably in financial services.
Project management skills
Change management skills.
Strong business and technical writing skills.
Business Analyst background.
Leadership skills required to capture and prioritize competing initiatives ensuring achievement of dates and deliverables.

Understanding of business systems, systems testing, technical and business writing.
Ability to document technical business requirements as part of program and project management.
Attention to details, reliable documenter and persistent in open issue follow-up and business resolution.
Understanding and having previous experience with a project lifecycle – pre-scope, scope, design, build, test, rollout, and warranty.
Strong planning and organization skills.

Project Support
• Manage medium to large projects
• Assist with project requirements as SME
• Support Project Testing efforts with script guidance, development and execution
• Support projects with Warranty efforts
• Facilitate project Sunset Review
• Production Management
• Regularly rotate PDCA and recommend countermeasures as required

Manage Associates
• Develop associates for the future
• Ensure one on ones and individual development plans are in place and ongoing
