B2B Marketing and Sales Enablement Manager

We are seeking a B2B Marketing and Sales Enablement Manager for one of our San Francisco Bay Area clients. This is a 1-year contract and requires the candidate to work onsite, 40-hours per week. In this role you will be responsible for helping to create and execute integrated business marketing programs for a digital payment platform. The position will focus on building strategies and executing integrated B2B marketing and communications programs across stakeholder channels including merchants, issuers, acquirers/resellers and strategic partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. B2B Marketing and Sales Enablement: Execute product marketing strategies and build sales tools across the business stakeholder channels. You must have experience in crafting compelling tools (presentations, collateral, playbooks, competitive analyses, product videos, customer success stories, product demonstrations, white papers, etc.) in support of the distribution sales teams.
− Manage projects and budget to ensure success
− Work collaboratively with agencies to deliver results-oriented programs and projects

2. Event strategy: Manage external and internal events, tradeshows, and conferences.
− Partner with distribution sales team to define goals and maximize opportunities at events and tradeshows
− Partner closely with other internal businesses to align efforts, synchronize strategy and execution
− Focus on measurement and analytics throughout events program; implement techniques to improve outcomes and lead generation.

3. Demand generation: Manage creation of content and programs to drive awareness and generate leads
− Execute programs and strategies to create awareness and demand
− Manage creation of thought leadership to generate leads and drive sales
− Devise tactics to improve lead quantity and quality, shorten the sales cycle and improve close rates.
