B2B Marketing Caribbean Consultant

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support Consumer & Customer Strategies and plans for the Caribbean and supports specifically implementation of customer initiatives
• Supports the Customer Strategy through an integrated marketing planning process that contains shared objectives with GMs and BDM’s. Integrate market intelligence and consumer insights to deliver better value propositions for Caribbean accounts, sizing and scoping the nature of the bank customer' assignment for Client.
• Develops tailored marketing programs to increase Client brand awareness, card issuance and usage. These activities include start-up and co-ordination of all the related activities (incentives, relationship, and communication). Leverage market platforms with customers
• Application and customization of Client’s assets (consumer intelligence, brand and other marketing assets including but not limited to sponsorships and promotions) to address customers' stated business needs and bank customer' business opportunities.
• Leverage the sponsorship platform (promotions)



Education:
Bachelor's degree required. MBA preferred
Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)

Experience Required:

• Extensive experience in marketing or retail and financial services with an international focus in Caribbean region (5 years)
• Strong strategic thinking, financial and creative skills
• Leadership skills with the ability to recognize opportunities, forms a vision of what can be achieved that challenges self and others, garner support and advocacy, strategic planning and very strong project management skills
• Ability to turn qualitative actionable 'insights'
• Ability to manage agencies partners, to give them clear direction
• Customer management and interaction skills
• Excellent communications and presentation skills
