B2B Marketing Program Manager

The Marketing Programs Manager (contract) will be the key contact for all marketing programs within the B2B portfolio. This position will define and manage multiple B2B marketing programs and campaigns, from inception to execution and program measurement to reporting and close. The ideal candidate will assist in the collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to build and deliver the processes that ensures projects launch on time and on budget. You'll be joining a growing marketing team, working to build and manage program timelines and execute plans to develop marketing campaigns, events (specifically our DealerTalkX conference), materials, and collateral.

Responsibilities:

- Proven creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment
- Possess exceptional attention to detail and time management skills while managing multiple projects at the same time
- Innovative with a track record of bringing new ideas and developing strategic targeted marketing campaigns and events
- Manage high-value budgets and develop program tracking and measurement tools
- Actively track the progress of all programs through the daily management of the overall plan
- Assist in the daily management of deliverables ranging from events, sales enablement materials, and PR activities
- Actively collaborate with our agency teams, freelancers, and internal stakeholders to drive program delivery and optimization
- Ability to enforce deadlines, project manage and problem solve in an efficient, professional and diplomatic manner
- Coach others in how to be responsible for creating and suggesting alternate courses of action when assigned task needs to be adjusted
- Hold individual contributors accountable for their tasks regarding quality of work product, accuracy, meeting the goal, and completing it on time
- Compare and manage all marketing programs making sure all facets are assigned and completed according to deadlines, time frames and expectations
- Communicate roles, projects, and updates with all internal and external (agency) stakeholders



Qualifications:

- 5-7 years in a marketing project management role
- Exceptional marketing communications, project management, process and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple programs in parallel, coordinating all elements and execution according to given timelines and specifications, as well as the corresponding budget(s) for those programs
- Experience in documenting workflows, best practices and actions for end-to-end programs and/or campaigns
- Experience coaching others in a project management setting/framework
- Redefine priorities so that work can be redistributed to provide greater opportunities that help the entire team
- Experience successfully managing agency/vendor teams
- Independent and capable of finding the best way to implement processes and requirements
- Experience coordinating efforts across multiple business units, ensuring continuous and efficient management of projects.
