B2B Loyalty Marketing Manager

Aquent's Fortune 50 client is looking for a B2B Marketing Manager to work a 3-month contract, with a strong possibility of extending, on-location for 40 hours/week, in Minnetonka, Minnesota.

This position will focus on B2B loyalty program support to drive revenue for an international corporation in the hotel and travel industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Focus on acquiring customers, earning customer loyalty, building program awareness and driving customer engagement
  • Coordinate the execution of program communication initiatives for the B2B programs
  • End-to-end execution of the established B2B email plans including: management of email message calendar, segmentation, coordination of content with global partners, copy and creative development and post analysis
  • Work with digital team to understand trends and ability to make recommendations to enhance current email programs as well as website copy and content updates to align with marketing initiatives
  • Create and manage the programs communication calendar, ensuring all contributors have updated content to accurately reflect marketing execution
  • Act as loyalty communications liaison for projects between B2B marketing teams, agencies, brands, member services and other teams to maximize impact of each initiative
  • Manage engagement tools, including QuizBook (monthly quiz program)
  • Assist B2B manager with development of collateral and support resources
  • Support Global Sales efforts and creation or modification of member-facing collateral, advertisements, flyers as well as reporting analysis
