Automation Specialist (Marketo)

This established, successful company offers a great opportunity for an experienced digital marketing co-ordinator who enjoys diversity and taking ownership. It's an exciting growth period for the organisation and this role will act as a pivotal cog within the marketing team.

To be successful:
You will bring a minimum of 2 years digital experience planning and executing marketing automation programs
Highly organised with the ability to manage end-to-end marketing automation programs, alongside reporting and optimising to tight deadlines
You need to be a hands-on self starter who is excited to drive continual best practice, improve engagement and enhance satisfaction metrics

Core Responsibilities:
In partnership with IT, develop and implement short, medium, and long term data architecture strategy to effectively integrate data and automate communications
Driving and growing leads via digital campaigns and initiatives, leveraging across digital platforms
Building, implementing and optimising marketing automation nurture programs
Develop and implement reporting to articulate ROI and effectiveness for all websites, marketing and digital advertising campaigns
Act as a brand and digital advocate across internal and external stakeholders

Skills Required:
Commercial automation experience
Competent in HTML and CSS
Experience with CMS and Marketing Automation (Marketo highly desirable)
Proven experience with Google Analytics and data analysis
Demonstrate initiative, problem solving, flexibility - fun team player essential
Experience with CRM, specifically Microsoft Dynamics & Microsoft Access
