Our F500 payment technology company is seeking an innovative audiovisual professional to join their team in support of their audiovisual and technical support for the Innovation hub. The successful candidate will be part of a team that provides technical support, consulting, integration project management and maintenance support for the their center. This position offers the candidate the opportunity to utilize significant experience in the audiovisual field to include webcasting, VTC, video walls, and collaboration support.

The candidate will be provided training opportunities to learn new skills and maintain a high level of industry knowledge and should be able to pass that training on to others.

Responsibilities:
Work with other internal organizations to provide the technical support for internal meeting/collaboration spaces, conferences, and other ad-hoc events.
Maintain advanced networking and IT skills.
Regularly interact with and provide support for clients and other high level executives.
May be required to rotate hours (including evenings) and provide occasional weekend support.

Desired Skills and Experience:
Possess, a minimum of a CTS or CTS-I certification as a mandatory requirement to maintain employment.
Ability to lift in excess of 50 pounds and maintain a professional appearance suitable to a corporate environment.
3+ years of AV technical experience.
3+ years performing hands-on technical aspects of Audiovisual and Control System equipment.
2+ years of customer service experience with high-level executive audiences.
2+ years of Information Technology experience.
