Atlas Sales Operations Associate

This TOP social media company in Menlo Park, Ca is seeking an Atlas Sales Operations Associate to join their Sales Operations Division for a one year contract. Salary: Up to $31/hr DOE.

Duties:
• Manage, coordinate, and/or provide business analytic support to initiatives critical to ongoing revenue growth
• Provide analytical and conceptual inputs into projects related to automation/ technology enablement for a growing start-up sales team (e.g. Contract management tool/ Salesforce enablement)and where required, project manage cross-functional teams to land these in the organization
• Provide ad hoc analysis of spending trends among specific clients, agencies, verticals and overall industry trends
• Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and partners across the company
• Stay current with media and technology trends and online advertising evolution

Skills:
• Highly motivated and hard-working, and able to think clearly under pressure
• Exceptional ability to problem-solve individually or in a group setting
• Ability to shift priorities quickly, while maintaining a high degree of organization and control
• Ability to design, lead and execute analysis and effectively communicate insights
• Superior analytic skills in Microsoft Excel(pivot tables, vlookups)/PowerPoint; Salesforce is great but not required.
• 1.5+ years of experience in strategy consulting required

Education:
• BA/BS required

Our client is focusing on Excel - pivot tables, vlookups. She needs someone who is analytical and willing to run team reports. The main skill needed for this role is Excel and PowerPoint. Salesforce is great, but NOT required. Entry-level candidates with solid Excel would be a great fit, but more experienced candidates are also good as long as they don't mind the required reporting.
