Ass't Marketing Project Manager (with PPT)

An Assistant Project Manager is needed at a Fortune 500 financial service company in NYC to coordinate the day-to-day of internal marketing communication projects.
This position will 3 – 4 weeks a quarter to work along side 2 full time Project Managers.

Responsibilities:
• Assist the Marketing Manager with managing updates for multiple marketing communications projects which includes sales collateral, brochures, fact-sheets, PowerPoint presentations.
• Interface with various internal clients (creative services, product management, legal) for their review, revisions, and approval of all marketing and communications material from concept to delivery.
• Ensure all deadlines are met, updating staff and all internal stakeholders in the project are informed of progress.
• Assist in the revision of PowerPoint presentations for the Global Asset Management team as needed; update information, copy, and graphics keeping within brand guidelines.

Qualifications:
• Strong PowerPoint skills a must
• Financial service industry a plus
• The candidate must be a team player with an equally effective ability to work independently.
• Be able to multi-task, prioritize and meet tight deadlines with a proven ability to adapt quickly to challenges.
• Professional, organized, efficient, and detail-oriented with strong communication and liaison skills.
• Remote work arrangement may be possible.
• 4 year college degree
• Proficient in PC and Mac platforms, Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT
