Aquent's Fortune500 client in Woonsocket, RI is looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager for a 2-month contract (40/hrs, 5 days, onsite) with potential to extend beyond. 

Overview: 

We are looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager of Pharmacy Marketing that can effectively onboard and retain customers recently acquired by Company's Pharmacy through the acquisition of independent pharmacies. In addition, this individual will develop a quarterly “lead generation” campaign focused on outreach to Independent Owners. In addition to overseeing the B2C and B2B marketing strategy and implementation of a file buy acquisition this individual will support the Director of Rx Marketing on a variety of script driving initiatives. 

 

Duties
Specific Responsibilities: • Develop, execute, and manage marketing strategies leveraging paid, earned, and owned channels (specifically in store signage, direct mail and email) • Strong comfort with managing multiple projects at once, in a fast-paced environment where collaboration and attention to detail are keys to success • Keen sense of detail and organization skills, provide careful execution across multiple marketing channels • Establish and leverage analytics to measure campaign success; continuously optimize and innovation to deliver desired results • Strong collaborative working relationships with key internal stakeholders (real estate, EPID, Rx Operations, and Strategic Procurement) • Creative yet analytical out-side of the box thinker who is capable of coming up with unique solutions • Prior experience working with an external agency partner – ability to provide strategic direction, feedback and ensure creative is delivered on strategy • Manage of a marketing budget (forecasting of projected expenses and margin expenses) and invoice submission and tracking process 

Experience
• 3- 5 years’ prior knowledge/experience in marketing principles and practices • Demonstrated ability of taking ownership of projects and strategic implementation • Solution-oriented, resolving program issues • Can articulate ideas in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner • Consistently demonstrate willingness to take on new responsibilities • Ability to flex and adapt to the business needs • Solicits feedback regularly to improve performance; comfortable giving and providing difficult or constructive feedback 

Education
High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
