Our client is hiring an Email Associate Marketing Manager (Online Grocery Division,) to be part of a high performance Marketing team. This role will report to the Email Marketing Manager for Online Grocery. This individual will have the opportunity to help build and shape the email marketing program to maximize program growth, accelerate new customer acquisition and optimize shopper retention and frequency in an efficient and scalable fashion. They will use data and analytics, while partnering with other channel managers to help run efficient and high performance marketing campaigns and will be encouraged to discover new opportunities with a test and learn mindset.

This is a unique role for someone with the passion to work in a fast paced environment to create a large impact by using their marketing skills and excited about building and shaping an innovative and personalized email program.
Key Responsibilities
• Content development and strategy support for batch and trigger emails for end-to-end program support, including specific segments, customer personas and pilot programs
• Ability to assist in developing and executing multi-variate tests for high-level engagement learnings
• Partner with creative team in producing engaging and insightful creative campaigns
• Partner with other channel managers and email counterparts to develop new tools and processes for more efficient, optimized email campaigns
• Partner with engineering teams to develop automated campaigns for improved execution and more personalized customer experience
• Prepping emails for deployment, including but not limited to testing/QA, writing queries, insertion of tracking codes, editing and finalization of campaign setup in email tools
• Tracks and provides status reports of email deployment and performance, while providing recommendations for channel optimization

Qualifications:
• 3-5 years’ experience in a consumer facing marketing role, preferably in an eCommerce environment
• 2+ years experience in an email marketing function
• Bachelors degree or equivalent required, MBA preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Dreamweaver
• Familiarity with Strongview/Seligent preferred
• Hands on experience using WebAnalytics tools like Omniture, and Tableau preferred
• Outstanding follow-up, organization, and time management skills with strong communication and presentation skills
• Resourceful and energetic “go-getter” capable of taking on a task and driving it to completion
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while paying attention to details
