6 month ASAP need for a Consumer Analyst with strong Excel and Project Management skills!
Reporting to the Director, Global Consumer Insights, this Manager, Global Consumer Insights will provide expertise and support to uncover consumer insights through actionable research analysis and deliverables. The Manager’s primary responsibility will be to conduct data analysis and report development for a large quantitative global brand health tracking study, working alongside other members of the GCI team. Specific responsibilities will include working with stakeholders to understand needs and objectives and translate them into analytic plans, pulling and interpreting quantitative data to develop actionable insights and implications, designing report templates and populating deliverables with results, and communicating findings effectively to impact the clients business. The Manager may have the opportunity to assist with other projects, both strategic and tactical, to support other areas of the GCI department.
Design quantitative analyses that answer business questions for internal clients, including Global Brand, Regional Marketing, Entertainment & Licensing, and Digital Teams
Analyze Data & Build Actionable Recommendations
Accurately conduct data pulls from online datasets and analyze cross-tabs
Interpret quantitative results to drive to key learnings, implications, and recommendations for brand strategy, product development, marketing programs, and corporate and country planning
Write report headlines and executive summaries that convey results and recommendations
Create visually appealing reports that deliver results in a concise and impactful manner
Integrate market context and other outside data with research learning to inform insight
Partner effectively with other members of the GCI team to acquire brand understanding, business context, and other information to enhance analyses and recommendations
Communication & Partnership
Communicate study learning clearly and compellingly through written and verbal communications in a range of forms, including formal reports, ad hoc analyses, and informal presentations
Help train internal clients to effectively use results Portal where study data resides
Work effectively with outside vendors on requests to support successful rollout of study at Hasbro
Prioritize and manage time effectively to deliver results within requirements (objectives, schedule)
May assist with other GCI custom qualitative and quantitative primary research projects, as needed
