Our major life sciences client is looking for an Associate eSolutions Marketing Specialist for a 9 month+ opportunity!

Duties: The Associate eSolutions Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, projects and initiatives to achieve measurable results for eSolutions and Supply Center business. This individual will work with the eSolutions and Supply Center teams, regional marketing and global market development partners to achieve revenue goals in the B2B and B2C channels. The incumbent will be expected to leverage established business processes, apply their knowledge of digital and traditional marketing in order to initiate campaigns to meet the needs of the overall business. This role will require review of sales and marketing analytics, and lead generation metrics to identify KPIs are met against the program's goals.

Responsibilities would include, but not limited to:

Assisting in the development of global marketing campaigns for eSolutions and Supply Center strategy and execute tactical implementation to regional partners
Analyze data from marketing campaigns and promotions to identify new customer opportunities.
Collaborating with Market Development and Regional Marketing teams on existing marketing strategy and campaigns and provide suggestions on joint marketing opportunities.
Develop effective internal processes and communication mechanisms to better align business partners on the growth, progress, and marketing potential of Supply Center
Assisting the Merchandising and Web Production teams on implementing onsite merchandising programs.
Working with customer insights team to determine the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and channels through KPI management and ROI marketing metrics.


Skills:
Previous experience in retail marketing or product merchandising preferred
Experience in B2B or B2C markets; good understanding of customer buying behaviors
Ability to review and analyze sales and marketing performance data and make suggestions on areas to improve.
Strong understanding of direct response techniques such as segmentation, targeting and testing
Possess strong problem solving skills and the ability to drive projects forward
Must be detailed and organizationally oriented
Self-starter with a strong business acumen, comfortable with working autonomously equally as much as in a collaborative environment.
Proven track record of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced marketing environment with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and stay within budget
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to gain consensus and facilitate decision making processes within a matrixed environment
Experience with a marketing automation tools and Adobe Analytics highly desirable.
