Associate Synergy & Brand Manager

Job Summary
We're looking for a well-organized and efficient Associate Synergy & Brand Manager to assist in the brand management of core digital product portfolios. This position is responsible for executing brand and marketing strategies based on knowledge of consumer trends and insights, ensuring alignment with Disney Interactive and product portfolio brand strategies. The position works closely with all groups inside the organization and works on several projects simultaneously. To be successful, this person must thrive in a fast paced environment and be resourceful, creative, detail oriented and capable of juggling multiple projects with limited supervision.

Responsibilities
· Assist in the development and execution of digital programs at the platform and content level

· Manage day-to-day content programming for digital products to achieve goals and manage key milestones

· Pull metrics and identify trends to influence decisions related to content changes and communicate page and property performance

· Write editorial copy for digital brand campaigns and content executions

· Collect and summarize analytics data in support of brand development

· Assist the Senior Brand Manager in the execution of digital campaigns and content

· Source, secure and manage assets from internal and external groups

· Communicate franchise/brand and marketing plans and milestones with internal stakeholders

· Accountable for content programming into a proprietary management system on a daily basis and publishing page updates

· Monitor and report platform updates, bugs and changes that affect day-to-day execution or guest experience

· Monitor competitive landscape on an ongoing basis to identify trends, behaviors and inspire new and innovative opportunities


Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree Required

· 1-4 years of web content and digital production experience in entertainment

· Knowledge of Omniture or relevant analytics software

· Must have experience with project management tools such as sharepoint, wiki and version 1

· Understanding of standard production techniques

· Knowledge of CMS systems and encoding solutions and processes

· Excellent written/verbal, time management and quantitative/analytical skills required

· Must be proficient in the full suite of Office software including Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word and SharePoint



Preferred Qualifications
· Understanding of product development preferred

· Must be able to adapt to rapidly shifting priorities in fast-paced environment, be deadline driven, detail-oriented and able to work additional hours to meet deadlines and project deliverables as needed.
