Job Description:
The Associate, Search Analyst is responsible for supporting all aspects of search and social marketing from campaign execution, implementation, optimization, reporting, analysis, and ultimately strategy development. The Associate, Search Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day management of marketing campaigns (PPC, Some SEO, Social) and servicing offerings on multiple channels including Google, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can help support and deliver all aspects of client's day-to-day search & social campaign activities. The candidate should have deep interest in search marketing, and a willingness to learn how to perform all the standard duties necessary to manage paid search accounts. While previous paid search experience is a plus, it is not necessary. Strong interest in search marketing, curiosity, analytical acuity, Excel skills, and an interest in creating commerce connections is required, along with the ability to work well with others and possessing solid communication skills. This is a full-time position located in New York, NY, Wilkes-Barre, PA, or King of Prussia, PA.
This position may require some travel for client business or industry trainings.

Duties:
•Support search marketing and social activities for one or more clients
•Kenshoo Certification, Google Adwords Ceirtification, Market Motive Certification, Bing Certification
•Become proficient with all technologies used for search and social
•Manage Google Shopping and Comparison Shopping Engine campaigns against defined success metrics. Maintain daily feeds, implementing strategic account plans, optimization, testing and performance analysis
•Optimize bids, adcopy, and landing pages when relevant to drive top-line revenue and bottom-line margin
•Monitor & adjust spend to stay within budget
•Report & analyze program performance and present to management
•Research keywords to be included or excluded in search campaigns
•Write and test ad copy to drive highest CTR and conversion rate
•Run A/B split tests for landing pages, products, and ad copy
•Work closely with vendors and media companies including Google, Yahoo, and Microsoft
•Keep current in latest trends in online marketing and test new offerings/technologies where appropriate
•Work with other online marketing programs (affiliates, display, CRM, shopping, etc) as needed
