Associate Recruiter

Aquent's Fortune 500 client in Van Buren Township is in need of an Associate Recruiter for a year long engagement, onsite.

The Associate Recruiter is responsible for providing assistance to Senior Recruiters while learning full life cycle recruiting, as well as sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates. In addition, the Associate Recruiter coordinates recruiting activities with key stakeholders, closing and hiring of candidates, and relocation and visa assistance.

Responsibilities:
- Document and track recruiting activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Collect required documentation for screening (Visa info, background check, documents, etc.)
- Interviewing and Evaluation of Candidates to qualify them for the Senior Recruiters, in person or via phone
- Qualify candidates using the available job description information, references, technical screens and test sources
- Use active candidate pipeline to identify top talent for your specific job requisitions
- Offer letter creation and timely delivery to recruiter and/or candidates
- Schedule secondary phone screens with Senior Recruiters
- Follow up and monitor candidates to ensure positive candidate experience
- Relocation and background checks
- Program management with relocation and immigration
- Support and run recruiting events

Qualifications / Requirements:
- 2-5 years’ experience in Recruiting
- Experience working through structured project teams
- Strong phone and interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written) as well as organizational skills
- Customer service oriented, solid team work skills, and the ability to build strong relationships
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
