Associate Project Manager (APM) needed to support the migration & implementation of product information for healthcare professionals onto a new platform. This role supports ex-US (global) stakeholders in the migration of their content as well as new and rollout capabilities onto the platform. The position is hourly with medical, dental, vision, and 401k benefits. This is a great opportunity to work mostly off-site, but our candidates do need to live within commuting distance of North Wales, PA.
The APM is part of the Core Planning Global Team and is responsible for creating benchmark estimates, concrete milestones and timelines. They will also be facilitating content preparation, and capability development management. The APM will work closely with senior project managers and account managers, other content and capability leads, as well as core and external creative teams to ensure projects stay on track through all phases of Implementation and Post-Launch, including Maintenance and Support.
Throughout the design and build phases, the APM schedules meetings to review and present content prep materials, mock-ups, etc. to ensure the content and capability leads have the input needed to meet the delivery of tasks assigned. The project manager conducts weekly status meetings so that everyone has what they need to keep projects moving from implementation through to QA and launch of the website OR capability on the website. Risks should be tracked as well as decisions made and alignment with the Market/Business Team on Legal requirements, changes, etc.
The ideal candidate has experience working in a project management role in the pharmaceutical or regulated industry. Experience managing content & capability heavy projects as well as utilization of a project management system to manage the project. Must be very organized and detail-oriented, and know how to keep things on track and moving when working with multiple stakeholders and personalities.
