Associate Program Manager

Aquent's client, a large tech company headquartered in Mountain View, CA, is seeking an Associate Program Manager for a 6–month assignment.

As a Digital Creative Program Manager, you will project manage developing & building best in class online advertising solutions across key marketing initiatives. You will plan requirements, manage the briefing process with agencies and usher online creative through the entire project lifecycle from start to finish. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders and the team. Your projects often span offices, agencies, time zones and hemispheres, and it's your job to keep all the players coordinated on the online creative progress and deadlines.

Additionally, part of your job is to communicate the progress, results, and learnings from these projects you manage. An essential piece to this is having a natural knack for storytelling, reading your audience, and people able to visually create this story.

Top 4 Daily Responsibilities:
1. Collate sales material by means of creating visual stories of digital campaigns, results and learnings
2. Asset tracking/file management for creative testing iterations
3. Upkeep of global repository deck by means up updating with the latest work
4. Compile creative competitive audits of external best in class digital examples

Overall Responsibilities:
Define, evaluate, and improve processes.
Manage requests, project priorities and support workload distribution.
Lead projects and efforts across multiple stakeholders.
Provide frequent project feedback and updates as projects develop
Educate stakeholders and agencies on process and guidelines for projects.
Directly add technical value to projects (as skills are developed).
Support the team in what's required to move projects forward

Required Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in Marketing/Advertising, Communication or similar
4 - 6 years of related media or creative agency experience
3+ years of experience with doubleclick, online advertising and/or working with digital creative agencies
3+ years of experience with client-facing role, ability to communicate to key stakeholders effectively on whether in person, in writing, or on hangouts.
3+ years of Solid project and account management experience, ability to define projects, able to filter feedback through a strategic lens while executing within timelines, with multiple stakeholders and proven ability to deliver projects on time and to budget

Nice to have's:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management
Ability to build and maintain constructive working and communications relationships with a diverse community of technical and nontechnical audiences
Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills
Experience in online advertising and working with digital creative agencies
