Associate Product Manager

Drives product strategy, product enhancements, and product delivery.
Builds relationships with key stakeholders in prenatal health including key opinion leaders to gain a deep understanding of customer unmet needs, key growth areas.

Devise product positioning and develop short and long-range global strategies for product line expansion.
Develop marketing requirements for new products and improvement requirements for existing products.
Develop marketing programs, collateral, and sales tools for new and existing products.
Provide product-specific technical and marketing support to field sales representatives including development and ongoing maintenance of marketing collateral, website, and other customer-facing product literature.
Collaboratively work with the field organization to ensure accomplishment of the milestones in the annual revenue plan
Assist in sales training.
Travel to present at key customer accounts, seminars and events

Life Sciences or healthcare experience required.
Experience in the women’s health industry preferred
Previous experience in working in a regulated environment and launching IVD products preferred.
Must possess strong writing/communications skills.
Flexible, solution oriented, and able to work in a fast pace environment required.
Must have experience defining product requirements and working with R&D to ensure development of products based on customer and business requirements.
Must have experience developing and implementing innovative and successful marketing programs for products in the diagnostics market.
Must have proven track-record of outstanding performance in interacting with customers and internal organizations.
25 – 35% travel.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years experience in the healthcare, pharma or biosciences industries.
