Associate Producer

We are looking for an Associate Producer.

- Oversee concepting, production and delivery of marketing materials (including print ads, events collateral, banner ads and videos), with a focus on sales presentations having direct impact on revenue
- Manage complex projects by keeping track of multiple moving parts, holding all internal parties accountable for their contributions, and ensuring all deadlines get met
- Act as agency’s point-of-contact for our internal clients, and communicate strategy effectively to team of designers and copywriters
- Manage busy project pipeline, field requests from internal clients, set expectations for delivery, and push back as needed
- Read and absorb complex materials quickly, determine whether presentations are on-strategy, make suggestions for improving the “story,” and return materials to the client for changes as needed
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to help develop concepts 
- Ensure quality control and maintain strict branding/communication guidelines
- Manage vendors on outsourced projects (including print production, multimedia and motion graphics) when necessary
- Contribute design and/or copywriting as needed

- Producer chops. You need to be detailed-oriented and very well organized. You should feel comfortable taking the reins and managing tons of work, across multiple teams, under tight deadlines.
- Creativity. We want somebody with big ideas who knows how to tell a story.
- Communication skills. In order to keep things running across multiple departments, you’ll need to keep everybody on the same page.
- Marketing savvy. Our department specializes in sales pitches, so you must be able to sell the benefits of a product/service – to an advertiser, consumer, or an internal client.
- A terrific sense of humor. You’ll need it to
1) maintain your sanity during hectic projects and
2) to keep up with fun, energetic team.
- Experience. Four years minimum production/project management/pipeline management experience required.


Responsible for assisting in the development and production of promotions for content and services.

- Bachelors degree or equivalent education/experience.
- 2-4 years related experience. Skills and Competencies;
- Displays attitude of understanding and tolerance for other's beliefs and opinions by being diplomatic.
- Conveys fundamental aspects of job through verbal and written communications.
- Effectively changes and meets deadlines as they evolve.
- Observes quality standards.
- Ensures outside developers meet milestones and receive all necessary technical information.
- Strong organizational and conceptualization skills.
- Interacts internally/externally on an "as needed" basis to exchange information practices.

- Follows overall standards of production quality, creative direction and voice, and suggests improvements to the same.
- Responsible for consistently executing and maintaining the network brand and Channel brands in all spots and campaigns, voice-overs, and other presentations.
- Manages the priority and assignments of individual production personnel assigned to projects (incl. producers, writers, design staff, technical staff, outside agencies/production companies etc.) to ensure the timely and successful delivery of promotions.
- Works with other corporate divisions as necessary including: programming groups, brand marketing, broadband marketing, legal, interactive marketing, PR etc.
- Works within and manages budgets, available resources and time constraints.
