Summary: Floater Associate Producer will assist Lead Producer(s) in various projects and/or be the lead on any particular project.

DUTIES
This will be a Floater Associate Producer for the international company. This person will help manage projects on some of the top brands within the company, and will also be working with the other company brands. In addition to helping out across many of the different branded sites, this Associate Producer will take on special projects that come up. These will include but are not limited to corporate initiatives, licensing initiatives, and other online projects.
- Maintain production schedules
- Manage asset and information flow to and from various internal teams and outside vendors/contractors (i.e. agencies/design firms, illustrators, programmers, voice talent, etc.)
- Assist in the management of design, programming and QA teams throughout the production process
- Obtain legal clearances
- Manage the QA process
- Coordinate contract executions with outside vendors
- Coordinate approval of invoices for outside vendors
- Research competitive websites and features

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS REQUIRED

- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with people at all levels and ability to function in a team environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Strong presentation skills and attention to detail
- Excellent analytical skills. Must be able to determine solutions, make sound judgments and carry out actions in effective manner.
- Organization- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize work without missing critical deadlines.
- Proactive, self- starter with ability to work independently
- Creative skills along with the ability to manage high volume of work.
- Leadership skills (good with people, knows how to motivate, inspire, and build effective teams)
- Ability to consider big-picture strategic issues
- Must be results-oriented while maintaining high quality standards
- Ability to leverage both web/technology skills and people skills to produce results

EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
