The Associate Paid Search is responsible for all aspects of paid search from strategy development, implementation, optimization, reporting and analysis. The Associate Paid Search is responsible for the day-to-day management of paid search campaigns (PPC, pay per click), banner advertisement service offerings on multiple channels including Google, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. This role will have client exposure and is responsible for working on campaign strategy in conjunction with more senior team members. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can manage all detailed aspects of client's day-to-day paid search campaign activities. The candidate should have deep interest in search marketing, and a willingness to learn how to perform all the standard duties necessary to manage paid search accounts. While previous paid search experience is a plus, it is not necessary. Strong interest in search marketing, curiosity, analytical acuity, Excel skills, and an interest in creating commerce connections is required, along with the ability to work well with others and possessing solid communication skills. This is a temp to perm full-time position located in King of Prussia, PA. This position may require some travel for client business or industry trainings.

Duties:
• Execute paid search engine marketing tactics for one or more clients
• Become certified within 90 days of hire in the use of Kenshoo Enterprise and Google Adwords
• Become proficient with Kenshoo Local, and Kenshoo Social, and Bing AdCenter
• Research and develop paid search campaign strategies and plans for our clients
• Create detailed paid search proposals to meet client goals
• Manage accounts to ensure all project deliverable deadlines are met
• Ensure that the expectations of the clients are met
• Manage Google Shopping and Comparison Shopping Engine campaigns against defined success metrics. Maintain daily feeds, implementing strategic account plans, optimization, testing and performance analysis
• Optimize bids, adcopy, and landing pages to drive top-line revenue and bottom-line margin
• Monitor & adjust spend in real-time, 24/7 keyword auction to stay within budget
• Report & analyze program performance and present to management
• Research keywords
• Continuously optimize platforms, campaigns, keywords, ad copy and landing pages to meet/exceed ROI goals
• Facilitate the management and growth of paid search accounts
• Analyze and report on Pay per Click campaign results and present to client by documented reports and presentations
• Develop and enhance the process of paid search offerings
• Develop and maintain understanding of marketplace dynamics and key players, and communicate to internal and external customers
