Job Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain content for DCPs for specific area of responsibility: inventory selection & linking documents
• Manage promotions for area of responsibility: Promotion concept, inventory curating, creative brief and asset timing (depending on type of sale)
• Assortment planning for Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Target Silhouette Mix, Brand & Price
• Provide Brand & Category targets for Quick Response
• Track and report out all metrics for area of responsibility for promotions.
• Work with planning team to provide DB with inventory and sales analysis for IQF process on potential BD sellers and Brands
o Competitive pricing
o Branded website v. corporate website (inventory & pricing)
o Sales: corporate, external (NPD)
• Track competitive web sites and brick and mortar with ecommerce distribution
o Pricing
o Categories
o Sku investment
• Research industry for area of responsibility as needed to provide intelligence to Inventory Planning and PMM teams

Job Requirements:
Knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, and education required to perform job.
• 4-5 Years in Apparel, Home and Garden or Health and Beauty retail industries
• Solid understanding of ecommerce metrics: CTR, Conversion, ST
• Understanding of ecommerce marketing levers: Home page, e-mail, on site, affiliates, paid search
• BA/BS or equivalent
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
• Excellent communication skills: written and verbal
• Excellent cross functional negotiation skills

Education:
Bachelors Degree Required
