We are seeking an Associate Online Content Manager for one of our San Francisco Bay Area clients! This position is part of a dynamic team responsible for delivering critical information to external clients through the channels of email, online and print media. This position supports a complete distribution, access, and life cycle for online publishing to external client communications and documentation. Attention to detail, along with a high degree of accuracy is required to ensure that all content is properly deployed, available and attributed for access to clients depending on the licenses and programs in which they participate. This position focuses on online publishing, but will work closely with the email deployment team to provide clients with a well-rounded communication experience. Through the use of various channels, The Associate Content Manager will perform analysis and provide recommendations to the team to unify content distribution and access in order to build a consistent and fully aligned client information experience.

• Customer intake of documents and content for online publishing
• Posting content to various systems to align with business needs
• Apply analysis for content attributing and access rights
• Meet established publishing process
• Assist with upkeep and maintenance of documentation and procedures for online content publishing
• Work directly with the team to ensure that content publishing needs are met
• Assist content expiration audits with content owners within company
• Provide recommendations to improve and streamline the publishing process
• Gather metrics for content publishing
• Assist in the management of digital asset rights, including image licenses
• Provide feedback and recommendations for Content Management System enhancements
• Report regularly to the Manager to ensure that publishing needs are being met
• Work with the team to improve overall online content publishing program
