We are seeking an Associate Online Content Manager for one of our San Francisco Bay Area clients! This is a 1-year contract role, onsite, full-time (40 hours/week). In this role you will be part of a fast-paced, deadline driven department, and responsible for the accurate deployment of global email campaigns, distribution list development and overall coordination of lists from key databases. You are a process driven individual that will produce and deploy hundreds of broadcast email communication annually supporting the tactical tasks of business operations and associated execution of high volume global email production, following strict audit procedures and protocol, and ensuring optimal deliverability, list hygiene, and support the overall email performance for the company.

Responsibilities
• Online / web content management – publishing, attributing / metadata.
• List hygiene and database management.
• Contact Clients over the phone or email with a high degree of professionalism, to bring their subscriptions and contact profiles current.
• Produce the Client Contact Directory, an electronic “phone book” that facilitates client – to – client communication, monthly CDs, mainframe products, and publish weekly online updates. There is a unique opportunity to participate with the redesign, development and launch of a new Directory application..
• Project support, procedures documentation and other activities as needed.

Qualifications Required
• 2 years experience
• Online / web content management experience, and HTML or other web page software (Dreamweaver, CS5..)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Access PowerPoint.
• Willingness and ability to perform a variety of tasks, learn new skills, and adapt to workflow changes.
• Entrepreneurial / innovative spirit.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments with a sense of urgency
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in communications or related field)
