One of our valued financial service clients is in need of freelance Integrated Multi-Channel Marketing Project Associate for a 3-month project onsite, 35 hours a week. This particular team oversees a suite of market leading products including charge and credit cards that help small businesses do more business. The team is currently leading many exciting initiatives to drive continued portfolio success.

The Integrated Marketing Project Associate will be a core member of the Charge Product Management Team and will serve as the point person for strong process execution of marketing initiatives. Specifically, this person will:
• Serve as the online site channel manager for the Card benefits website, ensuring that Card Members have up-to-date information on product features.
• Manage marketing campaign setup and execution tasks across multiple channels, including site, email and direct mail.
• Work closely with Marketing Managers to align campaign timelines and coordinate changes to creative assets and provide regular status updates on project timelines.
• Act as Primary Point of Contact with the Compliance and Legal team to drive adherence to rules and regulations throughout the campaign execution process.
• Support Marketing Managers to input and maintain accurate marketing claims and disclosures in the Copy, Terms and Conditions database.
• Support team with ad-hoc projects for delivering a superior customer experience.

Qualifications
• 2 years+ of project marketing management experience
• Energetic self-starter with “can do” positive attitude, can work with cross-teams in a polished and professional manner
• Strong project management skills; ability to multi task and operate autonomously and prioritize effectively
• Strong attention to detail; highly organized
• Team player with strong collaboration and relationship building skills
• Excellent oral and written communications skills with ability to influence key partners
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
• Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs
• Strong skills in MS PowerPoint/Word/Excel, knowledge of Nexus and/or CTC database (Copy Terms & Conditions)
• Digital skills or experience are a plus!
