Associate Marketing Manager (e-commerce/apparel)

The Associate Marketing Manager oversees the development and execution of all children's apparel email content marketing. This role reports to the Marketing Manager and is key partner to Digital Merchandising, Creative, Digital Production and the Email, Contact Strategy and Analytics teams. 

Key Roles & Responsibilities 
• Lead content strategy and oversee execution for all children's site and email content, from story creation and briefing through final validation (QA) and launch 
• Build an effective and compelling site and email story cadence for kid's grounded in business priorities and marketing hindsight, in partnership with Email and Analytics teams 
• Create and deliver a high volume of clear, inspiring, strategic briefs to the Creative team, bringing in learnings from consumer insights and competitive activity 
• Partner with children's Digital Merchandisers to understand their business needs and support new growth strategies, while maintaining a balance with Omni Marketing priorities 
• Participate in the development of digital story templates, maintaining a library of templates in partnership with Creative and Editorial teams and driving the creation of kid-specific templates as needed 
• Establish consistent linking strategies and ensure Marketing stories are backed by strong product and compelling sort experiences 
• Leveraging weekly analyses and seasonal hindsights, maintain an understanding of our marketing effectiveness and drive for content optimization based on learnings 
• Support Marketing Manager on Kids site and email content development and execution as needed, including major timeframes such as Kids & Baby Sale and Back to School
