Associate Marketing Manager

Aquent’s investment firm client is looking for a long-term contract Associate Marketing Manager. The Associate Marketing Manager’s primary responsibility is to manage United States Investment Service (USIS) information. This role provides timely updates to packaging system components when production information changes or new products are launched. This role audits marketing platforms (print and web) for product information data inconsistencies or errors, and manages the resolution of production information errors or inconsistencies including approvals.

The Associate Marketing Manager will need to use independent judgment to prioritize the tasks needed to complete the assigned projects, but will collaborate with the Lead Marketing Manager to prioritize projects when conflicting priorities and deadlines arise. The Associate Marketing Manager will need to utilize a variety of research skills to discover root-cause and extent of data information, errors/inconsistencies, as well as competitive analysis and will collaborate with many internal teams and business segments to locate the information they need to make business recommendations. This role will adhere to existing policies and procedures and will apply their technical knowledge to review corrections or edits to marketing content before it is available for audience consumption.

Requirements
• College degree and 2-3 years of experience
