Description:
This is an analyst role within the Marketing Effectiveness team spanning a global mandate and our 3 major field sales business lines of Talent Solutions, Marketing Solutions, and Sales Solutions as well as the Consumer. The Marketing Effectiveness team plays a key role in deriving insights from customer data, available through both its production data warehouse and its CRM system. The analyst will be responsible for helping marketers around the globe make data-driven decisions by providing timely reports and analyses to improve conversion rate through our customer lifecycle(s).

Responsibilities:
• Be a resource for marketers, including best practice sharing, development of regional playbook, identification and tracking of KPIs and targets (in partnership with business operations and analytics)
• Support demand waterfall framework and adoption within the business lines
• Support lead gen operations across all enterprise LOBs, including marketing qualification logic and overall partnership with sales development team
• Design automated reporting through Salesforce.com that drives regular stream of key data to marketers and executives
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Business Analytics, Business Operations and Finance to drive priorities for the business
• Work with fascinating data and be at the front of thought leadership for the companies monetization strategy

Skills
• 1-2 years’ experience with Salesforce Reporting and Dashboards
• Be able to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize projects quickly
• Cross-functional project management & collaboration
• Must have a positive attitude and be motivated to work hard in a fast-paced environment
• Quick and high quality analysis and presentation creation using advanced Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Experience (Nice to have)
• Experience with SQL a plus
• Experience with Salesforce Admin/Backend a plus
• Direct experience in sales or supporting sales is a plus
• Direct experience or strong interest in B2B marketing and B2C marketing a plus
• Direct experience working on business and strategic issues in multiple global markets is a plus
