Associate Marketing Manager

The Associate Marketing Manager will collaborate with marketing teams to ensure content and ad execution aligns with overall business objectives. This individual will manage the scheduling and deployment of online internal advertising for website and support the day-to-day management of site-wide marketing campaigns.

20% of role would be web analytics/80% would be updating and changing out campaigns 4-5x/day via the proprietary CMS tool.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deploy online internal marketing/ad campaigns UK and US sites
- Assist in the quarterly planning cycle, manage marketing operations calendars and collaborate with marketing leads on daily/weekly campaign execution
- Become the expert in back-end site marketing tools and recommend improvements and efficiencies using industry best practices
- Collaborate with marketing business leads and regularly update and maintain site content to match overall marketing efforts and weekly/monthly/seasonal promotions
- Work cross-functionally with art, community, web development, production and engineering teams to manage the execution of marketing promotions in a deadline-driven environment
- Provide regular reporting and analysis on site and campaign performance and behavior via Omniture web tool. Make recommendations and optimize based upon analysis
- Support email marketing and copy writing efforts as needed
- Assist with ad hoc projects, as well as, general campaign and project management

Qualifications:
- 1-3 years in consumer online marketing and site management
- Previous experience with marketing operation tools (i.e. DART, Adsense) and CMS (Drupal, WordPress, Joomla)
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, Photoshop
- Excellent project management skills in establishing priorities, deadlines, and schedules
- Analytical background with strategic ability to optimize campaigns and placements based on data (MUST HAVE - CAMPAIGNS BACKGROUND)
- Creative, strong problem solving skills, and high attention to detail
- Strong copywriting skills
- Ability to handle multiple time-sensitive, cross-functional projects with minimal direction (MOSTLY OPERATIONAL ROLE, NOT STRATEGIC)
- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
