Associate Marketing Manager

Our client is looking for an Associate Marketing Manager to join their team! Please read the responsibilities and qualifications below.

General Responsibilities: 
• Support marketing strategy and campaign planning for credit card product 
• Leverage existing loyalty relationships cross-channel (Email, Social Media, Programmatic, PR) 
• Create and execute marketing collateral 
• Create and maintain productive feedback loop between cross functional teams inside and outside the organization 
• Review and evaluate existing advertising campaigns to determine effectiveness 
• Ensure that all new locations are branded and have all marketing material and collateral supplied, reviewed, and approved 
• Assist in driving initiatives to improve performance across credit card acquisitions and existing card members 
• Gather reporting needs across campaigns and stakeholders for internal distribution 
• Brief weekly marketing calls with campaign performance and updates 
• Support branding reviews across placements 
• Plan custom offer test plan with strong customer segmentation to optimize acquisition 

Qualifications: 
• 1-3 years experience focused on consumer-facing marketing and/or loyalty programs 
• Specific credit card marketing experience a plus 
• Bachelor’s degree required 
• Strong financial and analytical skills 
• Developing track-record working with various, cross-functional, internal and external groups to deliver meaningful results on time and on budget with limited direction 
• Strong communication skills, and ability to influence action in groups outside of area of direct control 
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and change within a fast-paced environment 
• International experience /cultural sensitivity a plus
