ASSOCIATE MARKETING MANAGER
FASHION // MARKETING
LOCATION: San Francisco
CONTRACT: 1-Year | Mon-Fri | 40 hours/week
PAY: $20-$25/hour (based on experience)

This position will be responsible to drive traffic and sales through a variety of projects. The position will report to the Senior Director of Marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Contribute to holistic seasonal marketing plan development
• Act as marketing lead for all partnerships, including strategy, asset coordination, execution of all digital components and tactical fulfillment
• Own development and execution of value added opportunities with media partners in digital/print/social
• Manage field/developer requests, process purchase orders, and make necessary collateral updates
• Set up promotional codes for store, email, partner, developer offers and maintain
• Manage the development of all printed or digital coupon offers
• Manage window directives that provide promotional and visual direction to the field.
• Act as Canada marketing lead including managing promotional calendar and coordinating with online team for email fulfillment
• Lead development of social media strategy, calendar and content while overseeing deployment and community management
• Develop weekly competitive reports
• Attend weekly status meetings with cross-functional partners
• Key relationships include: email, online, creative services, brand marketing managers, store communications, and CRM


QUALIFICATIONS :
• 2-4 years experience in marketing (with considerable digital and cross-functional expertise) preferably at a retail company or agency
• Must be an excellent project manager
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to balance priorities and quickly jump from one project to the next as priorities change
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills
• Self-starter with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit and work ethic
• Ability to build strong cross functional relationships with key business partners
• Basic computer skills (Word/Excel) required
• BA/BS required
