Associate Marketing Manager - Girls Brands, 3835642

Our client is seeking an Associate Marketing Manager (Girls Brands) to join the team on a contract basis.

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in consumer, brand or digital marketing.
• Experience with digital marketing and management involving development of digital brand strategy, direct online marketing campaigns, consumer research, analytics and reports.
• Proven successful experience leading the development, launch and management of multiplatform projects, including websites, online games and content syndication.
• Demonstrated knowledge and application of marketing principles and practices.
• Experience working in a deadline and performance oriented environment with high attention to quality.
• Must be a self-starter with energy, drive and determination to accomplish goals and demonstrated ability to multi-task, set priorities, stay focused, and set clear milestones.
• Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Must demonstrate leadership ability in motivating and guiding cross-functional teams
• Must be comfortable developing presentation materials and delivering presentations to variety of stakeholders and audiences
• Must be results-oriented and possess excellent analytical skills.
• Must have a keen creative sense and strong problem solving ability.
• Must be able to manage product and organizational complexity and ambiguity.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, superior presentation skills and the ability to sell and support ideas to executives and outside interests.
• Prefer experience with P&L management and the ability to turn financial data into sound business decisions.
• Support the Digital Marketing Managers in annual and long-range digital brand strategy for key girls brands, through expertise and synthesis of trends, competitive landscape, consumer insights and current state of the business
• Liaise as a key digital point of contact for the International Brand/Product Marketing teams to provide digital recommendations, support and implementation
• Partner with design & production teams to develop and execute web marketing programs that achieve brand & product objectives in the online kids' space
• Partner with analytics team to define, create and manage a reporting & optimization plan for all programs
• Commission market research, category, trend and competitive analyses to identify consumer needs and insights that pinpoint compelling new opportunities and that refine digital positioning and development
• Effectively partner and interface with upper-management, executives, other departments, vendors and outside contacts as an inspirational expert for digital
• Prepare presentations on a regular basis which are capable of selling and supporting your ideas through all levels of the business
• Thorough understanding of the business objectives related to marketing/brand management
• Advanced understanding of the digital industry and marketing, specifically online websites, games and mobile from both a digital branding perspective, as well as a direct marketing perspective.
• Advanced understanding of standard marketing techniques
• Thorough understanding of research methodologies and when they are used
• Ability to develop and execute a digital marketing plan

• Proven ability to drive change and results through effective communication and influential leadership skills
• Demonstrated strong facilitation skills and ability to identify common ground amongst individuals with divergent opinions and perspectives
• Demonstrated positive attitude, sees challenges as opportunities and translates them into actionable items


EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field; MBA highly preferred
