TITLE: Associate Marketing Manager - CRM – CONTRACTOR

GENERAL SUMMARY: The Specialty CRM team drives customer loyalty and affinity for the brand through key customer contact points, which include the credit card program, gift card, customer email capture, direct mail campaigns, and in-store promotions for Stores. The Associate Manager position supports key acquisition and retention initiatives and works cross-functionally with Marketing, Store Operations and Central CRM.

• Work with various cross-functional business partners to deliver and execute key ideas and strategies regarding customer acquisition, email capture, gift card, and overall field engagement.
• Partner with Sr. Manager of CRM and Store Operations to drive customer acquisition and email capture programs.
 Execute monthly acquisition pulses including communication, creative updates, in-store logistics and promotion set-up in the corporate promotions and discount system.
 Manage card website including communication strategy and ongoing content updates.
 Assemble weekly and monthly reporting and distribute to Field and post on cardsite.
 Manage inventory levels for CRM in store marketing materials.
• Partner with Sr. Manager of CRM and Strategy on marketing campaigns designed to quickly engage new cardmembers, expediting their second purchase and creating greater life time value.
 Manage campaigns from kick‐off through execution, partnering with cross-functional and cross-brand partners to ensure alignment on strategy and execution logistics.
 Own creative brief development and kick‐off for direct mail and email.
 Partner with Marketing to ensure creative aligns with overall card program.
 Partner with Circulation and Strategy to kick-off analytics, and develop circulation, segmentation and testing strategy to maximize effectiveness of campaigns.
 Analyze and hindsight all campaigns to refine strategy for future campaigns.
• Partner with Sr. Manager of CRM and Store Operations to develop and execute year-round Gift Card strategy and in-store sales.
• Support CRM team with general project management duties.

• Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience, with an emphasis on analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in marketing (in particular, direct, credit card or loyalty marketing) preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines and to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to balance priorities and quickly jump from one project to the next as priorities change.
• Learn on the fly: learns quickly when facing new problems; is a relentless & versatile learner; and analyzes both success and failures for clues to improvement.
• Problem solver: uses logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions, and looks beyond the obvious and doesn’t stop at the first answer.
• Time management skills: able to handle a high volume of simultaneous responsibilities within a fast paced, deadline driven environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort in working with creative team and creative development process
• Retail experience preferred but not required
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
• Experience with NOVA, Omniture, or other database software a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree required
